Shipping policy
As of October 2024, we offer a flat-rate fee of $5 for tracked local courier, including gift sets. Shipping fee subsidy ($2 off) is available with a minimum spending of $50 and a complete waiver is available with a minimum spending of $80.
- All standard orders will take 1-2 business days to process and an additional 2-3 business days to reach you. In any event of incomplete/ incorrect address, customers will be liable for re-delivery cost.
- Turnaround time for orders containing handmade or custom products will take 2-4 weeks to fulfil. If you are placing a bulk order (e.g. birthday party favours/ corporate gifts), it is recommended to do so 4 weeks prior to the event.
Please contact us should you wish to ship to an international address and we can make the necessary arrangements.
Packaging policy
hello little chompers is proud to be part of the Zero Waste Packaging Initiative, which is a ground-up movement started to encourage businesses to adopt a circular packaging system, provide support and recognize businesses who reduce their waste through those means.
Minimal new or single-use packaging material is used in the packing of all our orders. As much as possible, our gift sets are packed in rescued kraft boxes/ paperbags and lined with shredded recycled paper.
As of May 2026, we have saved 2520 pieces of packaging from going directly to the landfill.
