Refunds

All transactions are final upon payment. We typically do not offer any refunds or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

Minor differences in specifications (e.g., product color due to photo lighting) may be expected due to the nature of our products.

Note: All pieces marked [As-is condition] are sold at a special discounted price due to cosmetic defects described in their individual listings. There will be strictly no exchange/ refunds on these items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days from the ship-out date if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. The item must be unused and in its original packaging for us to evaluate the issue and determine the best resolution.

Consideration for refunds or exchanges will be conducted on a case-by-case basis.
