My order came packaged in reused/ recycled materials. Was that intentional? Is it clean?
hello little chompers is proud to be part of the Zero Waste Packaging Initiative and we adopt a less-waste, circular packaging system.
Minimal new or single-use packaging material is used in the packing of all our orders. As much as possible, our mum & baby gift sets are packed in rescued kraft boxes/ paperbags and lined with shredded recycled paper.
All packaging material are sorted, checked and cleaned prior to being re-used. We also donate $0.50 per piece of packaging saved in 2023 to WWF.

Are your handmade products baby-safe?
Most definitely - safety is of utmost importance to us!
1. All our beaded clips are hand-crafted out of high quality nylon cord, which has impressive stretch resistance and is easy to maintain. They are also heat-treated for extra strength.
2. Our silicone beads are safety tested and certified Food Grade, making them soft enough and completely safe for our little chompers. They are non-toxic, BPA, PVC, Phthalates and Cadmium-free and do not absorb odour nor support the growth of mould/ bacteria.
3. All wooden products and materials such as our clasps, rings and beads are made of untreated maple or beech wood, which as commonly used in children's toys because of their natural properties. They are antibacterial, chemical-free and non-splintering.
How do you ensure safety standards across the products you stock?
The products that we stock meet international safety standards for baby goods and toys - CPSIA, ASTM, EN1400 + A2, CE mark & AS/ NZS 8124.
What are some unique features of your silicone teether designs?
Most of the silicone teethers we carry have dual textured surfaces for maximum massaging and soothing on the gums. They are also mostly one-piece moulded design, hence there are no sneaky holes or ridges for moisture to hide.
Is Wood a safe teething medium?
Absolutely. Wooden teethers are especially useful for gently breaking through that last layer of gum for first teeth which are just about to erupt. Some of our teethers double up as rattles, which provides extra fun!
How should I clean & care for the products?
Wash silicone products with warm water and mild dish soap, then leave to air-dry. For wooden products, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth. Never soak them in water as that may ruin the wood grain. For other baby toys and loveys, please follow the instructions on the care labels that come with them.

Rewards Club FAQ
Do I need a store account to earn reward points?
No, you do not need an account with our store to earn points as they will be awarded to the email address used during your purchase. However, you will need a store account to redeem your points.
I wrote a product review but did not receive my reward points.
Please ensure that you have entered the same email account for both the review and the Rewards Club account. Do allow up to 5 working days for your awarded points to be reflected in your account.
You will receive 5 points for each verified review.
Will my past purchases (before the Rewards Club started) count towards the points in my Rewards Club account?
We are awarding points for all purchases made after 20 August 2022 (i.e. 21 August 2022 and beyond).
If you have a Rewards Club member account, your points will already be in your account.
If you do not have a Rewards Club member account, you will have to sign up for one. Your points will then be awarded within 3-5 working days.
Can I earn reward points from my purchases via Instagram DM?
No, points are only awarded for purchases made on our official webstore.
