General Questions
My order came packaged in reused/ recycled materials. Was that intentional? Is it clean?
hello little chompers is proud to be part of the Zero Waste Packaging Initiative and we adopt a less-waste, circular packaging system.
Minimal new or single-use packaging material is used in the packing of all our orders. As much as possible, our mum & baby gift sets are packed in rescued kraft boxes/ paperbags and lined with shredded recycled paper.
All packaging material are sorted, checked and cleaned prior to being re-used. You may read more about our cause HERE.
Are your handmade products quality-assured?
Most definitely - safety and quality are of utmost importance to us!
1. All our beaded clips and charms are hand-crafted out of high quality nylon cord, which has impressive stretch resistance and is easy to maintain. They are also heat-treated for extra strength.
2. Our silicone beads are safety tested and certified Food Grade. They are non-toxic, BPA, PVC, Phthalates and Cadmium-free and do not absorb odour nor support the growth of mould/ bacteria.
3. All wooden products and materials such as our clasps, rings and beads are made of untreated maple or beech wood, which as commonly used in children's toys because of their natural properties. They are antibacterial, chemical-free and non-splintering.
Are you stocked at any physical locations?
A selection of our products (Josie Joan's accessories, baby loveys, craft kits, supermarket trolley tokens) are currently stocked at Toby's Trove.

Do I need a store account to earn reward points?
No, you do not need an account with our store to earn points as they will be awarded to the email address used during your purchase. However, you will need a store account to redeem your points.
I wrote a product review but did not receive my reward points.
Please ensure that you have entered the same email account for both the review and the Rewards Club account. Do allow up to 5 working days for your awarded points to be reflected in your account.
You will receive 5 points for each verified review.
Can I earn reward points from my purchases via Instagram DM?
No, points are only awarded for purchases made on our official webstore.

What are your corporate/ bulk rates for handmade products?
All handmade products qualify for the following automatic discounts:
- 8-15 pieces: 5% off
- 16+ pieces: 10% off
For orders of more than 40 pieces, please contact us for corporate rates.
Do you welcome group buys?
Depending on product type, we offer exclusive group discounts and shipping deals with minimum total amount spent per tier. Please contact us for more details.
Are you able to process and issue Vendors@Gov e-invoices?
